Grants for Voluntary & Community Groups

The Council has made £25,000 available for grants for qualifying organisations. The scheme is designed to provide assistance that supports a thriving voluntary, community and Third Sector to promote a Barry of cohesive communities, a healthier Barry and a more equal Barry.

Small Business Grants

Barry Town Council’s Small Business Grant Scheme offers a potential for growth by promoting a more prosperous Barry. There are three £1,000 grants available within this scheme.

Vibrant Culture Grants

Barry Town Council has made £30,000 available under the Vibrant Cultures Grant Scheme that is designed to help create a society that promotes and protects culture, heritage and the Welsh language, and which encourages people to participate in the arts and recreation.

Green Grants

Barry Town Council has made £4,300 available for Green Grants, that is designed to protect, enhance and value our environment; and promote the resilience of ecosystems.
