LGBT+ History Month – Art Competition
The theme for this year’s LGBT+ History Month is ‘Politics in Art’ which references art in the national curriculum and celebrates the many achievements and contributions of LGBT+ artists.
In the fight for equality, art has served as an emotive communicator and a representation of the LGBT+ community’s struggles against homophobia.
This LGBT+ History Month recognises the creativity, imagination and innovation of LGBT+ creators throughout history.
