Barry Town Council is made up of 22 Councillors and a small, dedicated team of Officers and staff.

Barry Town Council staff team comprises of:

  • the Chief Officer and
  • Responsible Finance Officer,
  • the Engagement and Events team,
  • the Corporate Support Team,
  • a Planning Officer and,
  • the largest team, Cemeteries and Facilities Management.

The officers and staff take a lot of pride in their work and work together to create an inclusive community for the wellbeing of all residents in Barry.
